Healys Head Of Employment Speaks At KCTA Seminar

Healys’ Head of Employment, Allison Grant, took part in the KCTA seminar on “Recruitment, Retention & Employment Law” on the 20th October 2015.

The KCTA is an organisation set up in 2003 to deliver a Department of Health training grant on behalf of Kent County Council, to Independent providers in Kent.

The event was mainly attended by representatives of Care Home businesses in the Kent area.  The seminar focused on the impact of the National Living Wage and was presented by the Director Nadra Ahmed OBE Chairman of National Care Association. Other speakers included:
