Motorcyclist gets the compensation he deserves

Healys Solicitors’ specialist personal injury team has helped a man get the right compensation after he was involved in a motorbike accident.

Mr T was involved in accident while riding his motorbike which caused a severe injury to his right shoulder.  Initially Mr T was dealing with a different firm of solicitors but was not happy with the service or level of expected compensation.

The outcome of the case

Mr T who was self employed had sustained a significant loss of earnings and his previous solicitors refused to understand his claim.  Healys solicitors gained access to essential documents to prove Mr T’s loss and instructed an expert accountant to provide evidence on Mr T’s behalf.

The case was later settled out of court and we were able to secure Mr T £180,000 in compensation to aid in his recovery.
