Healys LLP Expands Corporate & Commercial Team

Healys is excited to announce the appointment of three new lawyers to the corporate & commercial department.

“We are excited to announce that David Gordon joins the firm as a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department. David Gordon had an extensive and successful legal career having specialised in corporate and commercial law for over 20 years. David started his career in-house with the Bank of Scotland, then moved to a large city law firm before founding his own firm, DG Law, in 2004. David has worked with a range of entrepreneurs, businesses and individuals advising on corporate and commercial legal matters.

Jamie Tavares, ranked as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500, also joins the department to further strengthen the team’s offerings.

Jamie has worked and trained in London, Sussex and Kent and has wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial law, including dealing with corporate advisory matters and the sale and acquisition of privately owned businesses and corporations.

Having started her own networking platform for women in business with a friend following the 2008 recession, Jamie recognises the value of building lasting relationships and is known for working collaboratively with other lawyers and advisors to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Former trainee solicitor Robert Fornalski recently completed his training contract at Healys, having joined the firm as a paralegal in 2018. We are very pleased to announce his appointment to the Corporate & Commercial team as a newly qualified solicitor.
