Healys has increased its expertise in the Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Jerome O’Sullivan.

The Dispute Resolution team, which has been recommended by the Legal 500 for the past 5 years, has appointed Jerome O’Sullivan as a Senior Associate Solicitor.  Jerome joins from a Central London law firm and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him.

Jerome has extensive experience of high value insurance disputes including contractors all risks, commercial property, business interruption, employers and public liability, director’s and officer’s liability, new building warranties and pollution liability. His work also includes both advising in regard to the primary claim and any related third party subrogation claims.

Jerome also holds memberships in the Chartered Insurance Institute, Chartered Insurance Practitioner and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Robert Johnson, Head of Dispute Resolution London, comments: “With Jerome’s arrival we are very pleased that we can now offer insurance as an area of specialism.  This will increase the specialist services we offer (in addition to our general commercial litigation work) to our clients which currently include contentious probate, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and regulatory work”.
