Profile

Harriette joined Healys in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate department, and assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

She holds both a Law Degree (1st class) and an additional Master’s degree; and prior to joining Healys completed her LPC at the University of Law.

Harriette can assist with all matters relating to residential property including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-builds, Help-to-buy and shared ownership schemes.

She is keen to qualify as a solicitor in the future.

Kate Geary and Harriette Sutherland have been very prompt, direct and concise in providing their advice on various matters arising from the transaction.
