New Partner Appointment And Promotions for Healys

Healys LLP has continued to expand its service offering by appointing four new partners.

David Bailey joins Healys from law firm SMHA and will be a partner in the Dispute Resolution team. David is an accomplished commercial litigator with a focus on finance disputes, particularly lender oriented litigation and professional negligence and fraud claims. He has an impressive track record of optimising recoveries for his clients. David is acknowledged as one of the UK’s leading professional negligence litigators by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, describing him as, “amenable, thorough and dedicated”; with “extensive knowledge of legal issues.”

Healys is also pleased to announce the promotions of Catherine Taylor, Nazish Ahmad and Jerome O’Sullivan to Partner.
