The team acts for sponsors, international banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies and multilateral lending agencies in project finance transactions.

We also offer alternative fee structures that add commercial value to sponsors at the project development stage.
We focus on projects in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, etc.), Russia and Cyprus.
