My sister and I owned a leasehold property in Hampstead with an extremely awkward Freeholder. It was suggested we instruct Healy’s LLP to represent the leaseholders with the Enfranchisement application. The Freeholder was extremely difficult to deal with throughout, our initial offer for the Freehold was £17,710.00 the Freeholder demanded £90,400.00 We ended up at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and won. Daniel Winslow at Healy’s LLP was fantastic throughout this difficult drawn out case. Daniel and his team kept the pressure on the Freeholder and eventually we acquired the Freehold for £17,710.00 despite the Freeholder appealing and doing his best to complicate and delay the process.
