Mark joined Healys in 2002 and became a partner in 2009. He is the Head of the Property Disputes Department, managing a team of four with a specific focus on property disputes, including residential, land and purchase orders.
Mark acts for a wide range of commercial and residential property owners in respect to both landlord and tenant and real property disputes. He specialised in possession and breach of covenant claims, squatters, premium lease extensions, property management, real estate disputes and lease extensions.
Taking a commercially-driven approach, informed by over 25 years’ experience, Mark and his team work closely with Healys’ Residential and Commercial Property teams to provide a one-stop-shop for clients. This allows them to tailor advice carefully rather than jump head first into litigation and has earnt them a fantastic reputation within the field.
