Profile

Nic qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having previously obtained a BSc Honours in Business Management from the University of Surrey, and an LLB Honours from the University of Law. He can speak fluent Cantonese and is conversational in Mandarin.

Nic can undertake all matters relating to residential property, and acts for high-net-worth individuals, companies, property developers and banks.

Since joining Healys as Head of Asia Pacific Department, Nic has developed a strong team that is very experienced with acting for Far Eastern clients from Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Nic and his team has extensive experience in the Central London residential property market, and deals with a wide range of residential property matters such as sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties (including off plan and auction purchases), reassignment of contracts, remortgages, transfers of equity and informal lease extensions.

Nic takes pride in maintaining client and business relationships and providing a bespoke service. Nic became an LLP Member Partner in 2022.

I have been working with Nic Tiong for over 5 years and in that time we have become good friends. I have recommended him willingly to over 150 clients, including my most valued, and my family and my colleagues have also all used Nic's services.
