With over 15 years working as a commercial lawyer, particularly with tech, media and creative companies, Samantha spent many years working as an in-house lawyer and has recently been focused on helping SMEs on a wide range of issues (including helping clients pivot their business so that they can operate online during the pandemic). As such, her approach is very commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused – enabling you to focus on building and growing your business on strong foundations.

Samantha offers a range of advice and assistance to enable you to successfully run your business including how best to protect and exploit your intellectual property, GDPR and data protection compliance (including privacy policies & notices, data processing agreements and cookie policies) and consumer rights compliance for B2C companies.

Samantha can also offer a range of services, including the following; creating standard terms and conditions for your business (including website terms of use, EULAs and SaaS agreements), creating, reviewing and negotiating supplier and customer contracts, creating freelancer and consultancy agreements (including addressing potential IR 35 issues) and creating revenue share agreements.
